Kayako and CoSupport Take Austin: Join Us For Elevate Summit

Here at Kayako we’ve spent the last 14 years giving people the tools they need to support their customers. Now we’re taking things a step further.

I’m delighted to announce that Kayako is now a co-producer of Elevate Summit, the new name for UserConf: the biggest conference for customer support and success professionals.

We’re joining forces with CoSupport to make it bigger, better and more global than ever before.

About Elevate Summit, Austin

The first Elevate Summit will be in a brand new location for the conference, taking the show to Austin, Texas on April 16th.

You’ll find us at Atlassian’s offices for a day of inspiring talks, like-minded people and lots of fun. We’d love to see you there.

Picking up where UserConf left off

UserConf was the first conference of its kind dedicated to customer support, success and product managers, geared towards web and app professionals.

In just four years, the conference grew to a multi-city event with 8 conferences and 200 talks under its belt. It’s now a regular in the support community, and has been the catalyst for the careers of many stars in the industry today.

We loved UserConf from the start – as speakers and avid audience members – and enjoyed seeing it grow and cement its role in the support community.

We even spoke at UserConf a couple of times, and it’s been an absolute pleasure to attend and meet some of our customers in person and build friendships with colleagues in our industry.
