It’s hardly been a year so far, but working at Kayako is the best thing that’s happened to me. The opportunities available are great, and the level of emotional support is amazing. It feels like a big family, working on something exciting. We laugh, we learn, and we grow from our experiences together.
Joining the team at Kayako has been one of the most rewarding professional moves of my life. It's incredibly motivating to work for a company that has cultivated such an open and collaborative work culture. You couldn't ask for a more talented - or agreeable - group of people to work alongside.

It really says something about an organization when you look forward to weekdays. I’ve taken on risks and challenges, set things on fire (by accident!), and extinguished said fires. I have become a better engineer here, and I've had fun while doing it too!
