Kayako has been developing easy to use and feature-rich helpdesk software for the better part of a decade. We're really excited about the future, and we'd like to share it with everyone. Welcome to the Kayako Giveaway!

Starting Monday 13th July, Kayako will be giving away two unlimited SupportSuite licenses a day, for five days. We are also throwing in some fantastic prizes along the way.

Effective customer service and relationship management doesn't have to be trying or expensive. Every business and every organization can improve web-based customer service and better their e-mail communications.

How it works
  • The competition is open to customers and non-customers, from all around the world*.
  • Five daily prize drawings will take place, starting on Monday, July 13th. Each prize drawing will take place at 7:00PM GMT (19:00) and the winner will be announced on Twitter.
  • We will only count Twitter entries made in the 24 hour period preceding each drawing. This means that to be eligible to win a prize each day, you must Tweet each day of the giveaway.

  • The 24 hour period for the next day's drawing starts immediately after each drawing.
  • Tweets sent any time before the first prize drawing on Monday, July 13th will be valid entries for that drawing, so start Tweeting!
  • Facebook fans will be eligible to win every day of the giveaway.

  • * Prize winners must reside within FedEx's delivery range;
  • No single participant may win more than one prize. If you have won a prize, you are not eligible to win further prizes;
  • Participants must be 16 years of age or older;
  • Kayako is not liable for damage or loss to prizes during shipping or any import taxes/duties;
  • Kayako is not liable for any fault or technical failure of the prizes, nor is Kayako to be held liable for any damage or injury caused by any fault or technical failure of the prizes;
  • Your nominated charity must be registered with the local authorities. We reserve the right to refuse a nomination and request you to choose another. Kayako will make the donation directly on your behalf;
  • Software licenses won through the giveaway are not transferrable;
  • The giveaway will end promptly at 7:00 PM (19:00) GMT on Friday, July 17, 2009. Any Tweets sent after this time will not be eligible for entry;
  • Kayako is in no way affiliated with the manufacturers of the prizes or Twitter.
