We offer three turn-key, online support desk software solutions:
- SupportSuite - LiveResponse and eSupport combined into one multi-stream support solution.
- eSupport - a help desk software package, offering ticketed support and e-mail management.
- LiveResponse - a help desk software package with live chat functionality, including real-time visitor monitoring
Our solutions are modular, so we'll describe each in terms of their modules. The differences between the three solutions are described below.
All three solutions are equipped with the following standard modules: knowledgebase, troubleshooter, teamworking, download management and news. All of our solutions provides you with a fully functioning help desk with an end-user support desk interface and a support agent's control panel.

Add-on products
A number of addon and supplementary products are available for each of our core solutions:
- InstaAlert - a lightweight application for Microsoft Windows that alerts staff members and support agents to ticket updates. Both free and 'pro versions are available.
- SyncWorks - a plugin for Microsoft Outlook that enables staff members and support agents to synchronize contacts, appointments (calendar) and task lists with the help desk.
- KayakoMobile - an application for Microsoft Windows Mobile that enables ticket management from anywhere in the world.
- SMS Gateway - we provide an SMS service that plugs into your SupportSuite or eSupport installation, enabling you to configure SMS ticket alerts (based on your criteria) for your staff and support agents.
- Branding removal license - a branding removal license allows you to remove the Kayako link and copyright notice from the footer of your support desk installation.
Hosted support desk
We offer hosted versions of each of our solutions. Let us worry about the technicalities of hosting your help desk while you focus on your work. Our experienced technicians will take care of the installation and maintenance of your support desk and web server.

Licenses and purchasing options
We offer a variety of purchasing options making our products suitable to everyone. You can lease licenses (paying monthly or yearly), or pay outright for an "owned" license (with no obligatory subscription costs).
