Credit and debit card payments

We accept all major credit and debit cards, using our payment provider WorldPay. WorldPay is the leading electronic payments gateway, and is the choice of most large online retailers and merchants. We do not store your credit card information.

PayPal payments

We are only able to accept PayPal payments from verified PayPal members. If you would like to arrange a PayPal payment, please contact our sales department before making your purchase.

Bank, wire transfers and check payments

We are currently unable to accept direct bank, wire transfers and check payments. However, we are able to accept payment using PayPal's eCheck service. If you would like to arrange a PayPal payment, please contact our sales department before making your purchase.

Fraud protection and order verification

As a fraud prevention measure, we verify each order by making a telephone call to the number you provide when registering your Kayako customer account. Unless you have ordered from us before, we will not be able to activate your license until we verify your purchase.

Therefore, it is essential that you provide a valid telephone number - if you do not it could delay the activation of your license. If we are unable to verify your order, we will automatically refund your purchase.

We are sure you won't run into any difficulties during our verification purchase. However, if you do, we will do our best to work through the issues with you.

Free e-mail addresses (hotmail.com, gmail.com etc)

As a further fraud prevention measure, we regret that we or our payment gateway provider (WorldPay) will not accept payments from accounts registered using a 'free' e-mail address - including @yahoo.com, @hotmail.com and @gmail.com. Please use your ISP e-mail address or your own private e-mail address when purchasing.
