Branding removal license

Your installation of SupportSuite, eSupport or LiveResponse has an element of Kayako branding:

  • A "Powered by Kayako SupportSuite" notice and link to "www.kayako.com" on the footer of your end-user facing support center.
  • A similar notice in the footer of the staff and administrator control panels.

In order to remove this branding, a branding removal license must be purchased. Once you have purchased this license, you will be entitled to remove all Kayako branding from your support desk.

Benefits of branding removal

Although you are able to customize the logo, look and feel of your end-user facing support center, a "Powered by Kayako SupportSuite" notice and link to "www.kayako.com" will be placed in the footer of all of your support desk pages.

Some of our customers prefer to remove this branding in order to maintain a consistently professional image across their website.

There are a number of potential benefits to branding removal:

  • Remove any potential distraction to your visitors, which may be caused by the branding and the link through to our website.
  • Ensure that any potential conflicts of corporate image do not occur (for example, if your organization services software similar to ours).

Licensing and purchasing

Each branding removal license costs $199.95, where one license can be used to debrand one SupportSuite, eSupport or LiveResponse installation. To purchase a license, log in to the members' area and click on the 'Purchase' tab.
